does the TNA do and how does it work?
- It takes
roughly 5 minutes to complete
- The automated
TNA tool collates and measures your responses to a list
of questions to gauge your existing skills
- Asks you
to make an honest assessment of your skills to perform each
task
- It
captures the areas in which you want .
training as well as those in which you need

- A response
of "No" or "With some difficulty" contributes
to a recommendation for training at the appropriate level
(need)
- The responses
"Capable" or "Confident" contribute
to a recommendation to skip this level unless you indicate
that you want additional training (want)
Upon completion
the TNA will automatically:
- Show
results in a graphical breakdown of your current skills
gap
- Recommend
the course you should attend to fill your skills gap best
(which may be more intensive than other training courses
you have attended)
- Offer
support from our Trained Team to book the appropriate courses
Any training event must satisfy the
combination of an attendees Personal and Work objectives.
