Our goal is to ensure that whenever a delegate undertakes one of our courses, they will be:

• Satisfied with the quality of training
  
• Satisfied that all advertised course objectives have been achieved
  
• Satisfied that the training is relevant and can be used effectively in the work place

In the unlikely event a delegate feels that the course objectives have not been achieved, and it can be shown In Tuition is in any way responsible, we will work with the client to propose a development plan which could consist of some or all of the following:

• Delegate to re-take the course free of charge
  
• One-to-one tuition at In Tuition training centre or at the delegate's workplace
  
• Complimentary self-study pack
  
• 3 months free telephone and email support on any material covered in the course

If a mutually acceptable plan cannot be reached, In Tuition will refund all course fees.

Third Party Accreditations

To demonstrate our commitment to continually maintaining and improving our standards, In Tuition is happy to be measured by independent quality vendors, and as a result we are a member of the Institute of IT Training, one of whose fundamental objectives is to assist in the raising of standards in information technology training. All of our trainers are TAP accredited, which requires consistent quality in the delivery of training courses.

To highlight our approach to our standards, In Tuition has recently been awarded the Gold Standard Accreditation (GSA) by the Institute, the highest award available from them. This validation covers 5 key areas and ensures the quality of each is of the highest:

Investment Guarantee

In Tuition guarantees that should any member of your organisation leave within 3 months of taking one of our public scheduled courses, we will invite his or her successor to attend the same course for free within 6 months of the date the course was first attended.

Please ensure that to take advantage of this guarantee you write to your In Tuition account manager explaining the situation, and giving assurances that all invoices relating to the course have been paid and that the original courseware is still available to bring to the new course.
