Course content
Business continuity is the art of ensuring that your business
can survive a disaster. Traditionally this has been seen in
terms of IT recovery, but business continuity now goes beyond
that to cover all aspects of your business operation, including
personnel, finance, marketing and facilities management.
This course encourages
delegates to think outside the box and consider
not what individual threats their organisations face, but,
what are the consequences if their organisation cannot function
as normal. Examples and case studies include terrorism, natural
disasters and industrial action, as well as a system and network
failure.
