COURSE DESCRIPTION

This course is designed, to introduce the fundamental techniques of cryptography and to see how these techniques can be applied to achieve confidentiality, data integrity, authentication (of message source and of identity) and non-repudiation. The course is approached from an non-mathematical perspective.
